Program Description
Rising High Services LLC (“Rising High Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a text messaging program to keep customers informed about their service. When you opt in, you may receive delivery updates, scheduling messages, and customer service texts related to your requests. With your separate marketing consent, you may also receive promotional text messages about our services.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from Rising High Services at the number you provided. Promotional texts require your separate consent. Providing a telephone number for a delivery does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing messages. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the availability and performance of your wireless carrier and network, and Rising High Services cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and either the account holder of the mobile telephone number provided or authorized by the account holder to enroll in this program. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so that we may update our records.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent records are shared only with providers that support our messaging services, or as required by law. We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
